Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Sale items and group orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Group Orders

All group orders are final sale. Please review your size breakdown carefully before submitting your group order quote. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on coordinated group orders.
